Twice Smoked Ham
Get a already smoked ham, make some cuts across and down it.Rub with oil and sprinkle black pepper on it. Smoke for a couple hours at 250-275.
Internal temp of 150 then apply lots of glaze, continue smoking for internal temp of 160.
Glaze
1 cup bbq sauce, 1/3 cup bourbon, 1/2 cup brown sugar.
